Creative Kitchen Day
We are having a creative Kitchen Day. Jeff has decided that what he wanted to do for Father's day is invite some people over and cook yummy food.
I'm not even sure of all that he has planned, I know there are King Crab Legs on my counter, really nice looking steaks in the fridge, he already made some very tasty potato and pasta salad and the smells emanating form the marinades he is whipping together are to die for. Why do I feel like this day is more going my way than his?
I have started the rice for sushi rolls and am about to start prepping the rest of the fixins. I would love to put together a sushi recipe for the Camelot Cook Book, but I don't measure anything and I'm not sure how to convert it all to words.
So far, this is a good weekend. I am pleased.
