fannish networking
Real update tomorrow. Right now, though:
copperbadge is doing a fannish job fair. It's up to seven pages of comments. And when I read the posts, I keep thinking, "This person should talk to [person I know]!" but I don't want to annoy all y'all with a bunch of e-mails. So, if you have some free time, don't hesitate to stop over there and see if there's anyone you could help out. Not everyone is looking for an actual job, either--some are asking for advice or resources.
(At least two linguists are looking for advice. Just saying.)
In other news, the Bears suck. I'm ready for football season to be over.
