It's Kayla's birthday!!
hoorah.
I just got back from Louisville, KY. We drove up after work on Thursday, got in at about 2:30 AM. Then went to my mom's cousin's wedding Friday night. I did look stunning, if I do say so myself...lol. the bride did too of course...haha. Then we went and saw Monster House on Saturday and we drove back today.
Here's the deal with me. I figured out why I've been kinda eeeeeehhhhh.
You see, I have a problem with faith. Not just religiously, but with other things as well. and this summer I gave up my inhibitions and relied on faith. only to have it fail me. only to find out that I was right in my doubts.
and....I'm not sure if this is going to have a negative effect on the rest of my life.
EITHER - I'm going to grow and now I am able to have faith in some things I couldn't before, because I know how now.
OR - I'm going to have trouble having faith in anything for awhile, because it failed me.
I'm hoping its the first one. But I guess only time will tell. So, wish me luck
