i hate walgreens.....ive been working there for a year now and when i started they said that they do reviews frequently and if you do well your houly wages go up considrably but up to this point all i have to show for my work is 35 cents an hour more than when i started which is NOT MUCH AT ALL.........i had my official i guess one year review the other day and although i have been busting my ass and my manager is always saying how good i am doing they are not giving me a raise "at this time" because the store has been "under performing" acording to corprate standards whatever the fuck that means. its bullshit really...its not my fault if we're not doing well maybe they should look at some of the slackasses around here but not punish me because they dont have there shit together. fuck.....i should be looking for a new job i think. but everyone else probably sucks too so waht am i supposed to do???
