Snow, April, and Building
First of, obligatory "WTF, snow?!?" comment here.
I've got a lot of work to do in April, and not a hell of a lot of time to do it.
Better pace myself...
"Trooper Shooting Stations": Basic concept acquired, that being two shelves from a plastic garage shelf. Need to hit up AdamScottFM for sintra sheets to cover up at least 3 sides of the shelf to make them look like the scanner crate boxes from Star Wars. Also need to make a divider of some sort, probaby involving PVC pipe.Due: 4/30/11
"Endgame Armor": Based on some of the cosplay armor I've seen for Mass Effect characters, I'm making a half-suit of sorts for Endgame: Canada. Got the EVA form at home in 2'x2' sections, need to size them, cut them out, and starp them on where they need to go. This is probably the most time intensive project, and one I should have started a month ago. Oh well. Due: 5/6/11
"Company of Dragon Shield": Got to strip down my old shield, spray paint it one solid color, and put the dragon emblem on if I have time. I also need to make sure my brother hasn't killed the thing. Which reminds me; Josiah, if you want a sheild for your first event, you'd better get on fixing your other one. Due: 4/8/11
Looks like the shield is the priority this week, followed by starting the Endgame Armor scuplting, and the Shooting Stations as time allows. If I do the shooting stations and the armor at the same time, I can work on one while the other is curing.
15 days left to get in on my birthday present (Wacom Intuos4 tablet). I feel like a schmuck arranging this myself, but others have told me not to be. My friends are awesome.
