I may have been to Kentucky more than just having flown through Cincinnati, but I can't remember, so I haven't ticked it. Likewise Tennessee and Arkansas. The Iowa-Nebraska-SoDak-Wyoming-Idaho stripe, though, I'm pretty sure it's right not to check it.
