followup for the great flist tech support department

i don't know what happened, but some time between 4:48 (gmt) and 12:23 (also gmt), whatever was wrong with outlook express, the server at empiredc.com, or, you know, the lineup of the planets got better, because now the time stamps in my preview screen are correct.

thanks to kmg_365 for trying to help me work out how to fix it, and to jgesteve for whatever he did to make it work, and, yay!  [pats inbox]
