General bah.
So, didn't get into college this year. Sucks major ass.
Fallen out of touch with many many friends, which I am currently trying to fix, bit by bit.
Lack of a job also does not help general despondency in the slightest. That said, difficult to complain when Roy Orbison - I Drove All Night is on beside me.
So, updates, lets see. Since I last posted anything, moved out of home for the first time (now on the second apartment, over a year later), realised the old saw about not knowing someone until you live with them is more true than I had ever expected, still with Fin (Gf for those in other countries), sisters 4th liver seems to be working thus far, fingers crossed. She just had her debs after missing most of two years attendance in school, so we're all happy for her. Have decided that introspection is, for me, a terrible thing, I get all maudlin.
Recently got back into DC Comics in a big way, enjoying that very much (Marvel can kiss my ass, I was a foolish child), picked up Ravenheart by David Gemmell a couple of weeks ago for about 2 Euro, opened it a wek later to find it is signed, a genuine autograph, whiich was nice.
I've been asked by many people when/if I'm coming back to the LT. Stop asking, its fucking irritating. If I do, I will in my own time, and badgering me about it isn't going to hurry it up at all. TBH, I'm not that pushed. Most of the stuff I cared about is either gone or defunct, and I feel no particular urge to waste what little money I have on a series of annoying and disappointing weekends.
Aside from general nattering about crap, that seems to be all I have to say right now.Not really sure why I even logged on now, but I guess a little venting isn't the worst reason.
Lastly, hey to everyone I've not spoken to in so long, and I hope that everything is going well for you all, or at least as well as it can be.
