Thus Always.... sic semper tyrannis(sp?) was what Booth said after he shot Lincoln and jumped out of the presidential box... was that what you where going for?...

You're close.

"Sic semper tyrannis" does indeed mean "Thus always to tyrants"

However, "Sic semper Bea Arthur" is a bit more specific and obscure of a reference.

Here's a couple of hints.
It was a TV show.
There were only ever:
12 episodes written
6 episodes made and
3 (or maybe only 2?) episodes aired.

I remember this in a clerks episode... but they aired more than 3 episodes...

And I stand (somewhat) corrected.

Eventually all six episodes did air in syndication on Comedy Central and perhaps other cable channels.

However, during their first on on ABC, the show was outright canceled after only a few weeks. Somehow the ABC execs just didn't get Kevin Smith's humor... No surprises there.
