Oliver's gaze swept out over the Gotham skyline. From up here the city looked almost peaceful. The blare of sirens told the real story of this city though, Constant crime, corrupt police force, Politicians that had been bought by organized crime years ago. Gotham City needed to be saved. Gotham City needed a guardian angel
