Roy/Tim Phantom of the Opera
The hanging man brought screams to the opera house, Roy had recognized him as one of the backstage hands, but it was of no concern to Roy - only finding Tim was. Through the panicked crowd Roy forced his way through till he came to Tim's side.
Tim took Roy's hand in his shaking ones, “He mustn't find you here. He'll kill you if he finds you here,” he said as he lead them up the winding stairs to the roof.
“Who?”
“The opera ghost,” Tim said as he opened the door of the roof and stepped out into the night.
“Tim!” Roy said as he grabbed the younger man by the shoulders, holding him still. “There is no ghost!”
“Yes there is. He's real! He's my teacher, my mentor. He has watched over me since my father died. I belong to him.”
“No,” Roy said as he guided Tim into an embrace. “He doesn't own you. You have a choice.”
Tim just shook his head, resting his head against Roy's shoulder. “He'll never let me leave.”
“Tim, my sweet Tim. You can choose whatever you wish, and I'll be right by your side every. I promise,” Roy whispered as he brushed his lips against Tim's.
Bruce seethed watched from the shadows as the love struck boy whispered words of love to his Angel. This fool dared to lure his Tim away from him?
No.
Harper and the rest of the wayward fools down in his opera house would learn better than to interfere with his plans and Tim will return to his side.
Roy/Tim Arranged Marriage
Ollie looked over at Roy with displeasure. The young man wore a pair of jeans - with one knee ripped out, a shirt that was wrinkled and untucked, and a day's stubble was on his chin. “You could have at least tried to look presentable.”
“Why? Would that mean this farce would be over with? Arranged marriage called off because of wrinkles?”
“Of course not,” Ollie said, rolling his eyes at how ridiculous Roy was behaving.
“Well then I don't see how I dress is going to effect anything.” Roy said, crossing his arms. He slouched in his seat and just glared at Ollie. If his father wanted him to act like all of this was okay, he was deluding himself. Ollie could have at least arranged a marriage with someone his own age was that asking for too much? But no he gets some nineteen old [which okay could be fun for a weekend or two] egghead. If the Wayne family was offended by Roy's lack of enthusiasm well that was just too damn bad. The limo stopped in in front of the restaurant they were meeting Wayne and his kid at and with a glare from Ollie slunk out of the car and followed after. The waiter showed them to their table. There sat Bruce Wayne in his three piece suit, scowling at Roy, and next to him . . next to him . . .
Roy rubbed a hand over his jaw and seemed to be hyper aware of every wrinkle his shirt had. Tim Drake-Wayne looked at Roy with what could almost be called a passive look except the corners of his mouth seemed to want to turn down and for an instant there was a flash of disappointment in his eyes that Roy didn't like because he was fairly certain that Tim Drake-Wayne never should be disappointed in anything.
He wondered if he'd get a chance at a second impression.
Dick/Roy/Tim Shapeshifters
“Where is he?” Dick muttered impatiently as he tried not to leap from his seat and begin to pace.
“He'll be here,” Roy said said with a smile as he watched his bond mate shift and shuffle in his seat. “This is Tim's day remember? The first day of transformation is always so overwhelming. Tim has the right to have time to himself.”
“But we can't claim him as the third in our bond if he's not here,” Dick complained as he gave up trying to sit still and began pacing around the large sun room they were sitting in.
Roy just laughed as he watched Dick roam around the room and not for the first time thought Dick would have made a fine panther if he had not turned into the snowy owl that he was. “Afraid someone might sweep him up as soon as he leaves the garden?”
“Maybe . . we aren't the only ones that have courted him and he can't officially accept our proposal until after his first transformation. We should be there to welcome him when he comes out,” and without another word changed forms and where Dick Grayson once stood, a snow white owl was beating his wings to stay aloft before heading out the open window.
Roy sighed but smiled, patients was never one of Dick's strengths. Roy stood and in a blink a red tail hawk soared out the window after Dick. In truth he was just as eager to finalize their bond with Tim. The hole that they both felt in their bond due to the lack of not having their third was trying, and to have Tim be so close and yet so far away was taxing to say the least. Perhaps going to greet Tim as he came out of the garden wasn't such a bad idea.
Apparently I can't count as these all went way over three sentences. Oh well maybe I'll do better with the next batch. :)
