Part 1 Dick heard music and laughter coming from the houses as he walked down the street. He smiled as he imagined all the people celebrating with their family and friends. The snow fell quietly on the streets and Dick couldn't remember when Central City looked so beautiful. Ah this dream again.
A rustle of clothing was all the warning he had before a snowball came hurtling at him hitting him square in the back. He turned around and had another snowball hit the side of his face. “Hey now!”
A blond haired girl stood a few feet away. A bright smile on her face as she held yet another snowball. “She's right, your not as fast as your reputation says.”
“She?” Dick asked. “You're friends with the other girl I met,” Dick said just in time for her to throw her snowball and knock Dick's top hat off. “That's new!”
“You paid money for that?” She asked with a smirk. She smoothed out the wrinkles of her eggplant skirt as she bounced a little to the music drifting out of the buildings.
“Why is everyone so down on my hat,” Dick grumbled as he picked up his hat and dusted the snow off and walked over to the girl.
She just laughed and linked arms with him dragged him to the nearest building with music coming out of it. A large square had been cleared out for a dance floor. People were laughing and clapping in time to the music while couples twirled around the dance floor. “Dance with me,” the girl said.
Dick grinned and bowed to here and swept her up in his arms as they joined in with the other couples. They danced and laughed with the rest of the crowd. Until the silvery notes of a bird's song made Dick pause.
“Dick what is it?” the girl asked.
“That music. I've heard it before,” he said.
She titled her head and listen before saying, “It's the bird. He's playing rather lovely tonight.”
“Why doesn't he come to the party?” Dick asked as he stared to move off the dance floor and headed for the door.
“Oh he's been told not to. Which is really to bad because he's really talented.”
“Told not to come?” And that just seemed very wrong to Dick. “That doesn't seem fair.”
The girl smiled mischievously as she skipped alongside Dick, “Perhaps you should invite him. I bet he would come if you asked.”
Dick paused and looked down at the girl, who nodded her head encouragingly, “ I . . . I think I will”
“I knew you would!” she laughed and hugged his arm. “Now hurry and bring him to the party. You'll have a great time.”

“Dick . . .Dick. Wake up Dick!”
Dick blink and looked over at Roy, who sat opposite of him in the carriage, “Sorry, just doing a little bit of daydreaming.”
“Well quit your wool gathering, we're almost at the Al Ghul place.” Roy said as he straighten his coat.
The Al Ghul manor house laid on the very out skits of Central City. It was surrounded by high stone walls which hid the lush green gardens behind it. Alfred drove the carriage through the gates and up to the main doors where Dick and Roy got out, Dick adjusted his top hat while Roy smoothed out the wrinkles of his gray suit before knocking on the door.
A dour face butler answered the door. “Dick Grayson and Roy Harper to see Timothy Drake,” Dick said raising his hat in greeting.
The man may or may not have crinkled his nose up at the greeting and lead Dick and Roy to a small sitting room to the immediate right of the door. Roy sat down on a chair while Dick looked over a few nick nacks before the sound of footsteps drew their attention, but instead of the beautiful boy they had met at the air docks two weeks ago Jervis Tetch entered the room.
“Well you are persistent I'll give you that. This is what your third visit?” he said while plastering on what Roy and Dick guessed was suppose to be a pleasant expression.
“We're here to see Tim,” Dick said matching Tetch's expression.
“Ah yes, unfortunately young Master Timothy is unavailable to have visitors . . . which was explained to you on your other times here I believe.”
“And why's that?” Roy asked not even bothering to hide his glare. “Al Ghul hasn't let him out of the house or let anyone see him since you got here. Why are you guys keeping him away from everyone?”
“I do not believe Lord Al Ghul has to explain himself to you or anyone else when it comes to his ward,” Tetch snapped pulling a rope that would summon the butler. “Dawlish, I do believe these two young men are ready to leave,” he said when the butler appeared. “Please show them out.”
Dawlish quickly showed them to the door, shutting it firmly behind them.
“How did it go Master Dick?” Alfred asked holding the door of the carriage open for them.
“About as well as always Alfred. They won't even let us see him with supervision,” Dick said with a sigh.
“A prisoner in his own home,” Roy said as he climbed in the carriage.
“Isn't that a bit harsh Master Roy?”
“Is it Alfred?” Roy asked. “I mean we don't even know if he's been told we've been to see him.”
“Roy has a point. Ra's reputation is far from respectable. Why would the Demon's Head take on a ward?” Dick said shaking his head.
“Perhaps a solution will come over some tea and sandwiches,” Alfred said kindly encouraging Dick to get in the carriage.
They drove off in silence, Roy and Dick each in their own thoughts, when Dick sat up suddenly, “Did you hear that?”
“Hear what Dickie bird?” Roy asked.
“Just listen. Alfred stop the carriage,” Dick called.
“Master Dick is there something wrong?” Alfred called back slowing the carriage.
“Just stop please,” Dick said jumping out even before the carriage slowed completely.
“Dick!” Roy said following after. “What are you going on about?”
“Just . . just listen, “ Dick said grabbing Roy's hand.
Roy gave pause and silvery notes came winging their way to them, “A flute,” Roy said.
“Yes and I've heard it before,” Dick said He moved toward the stone wall that circled the Al Ghul manor, and easily found hand and foot holds and scaled the wall with Roy close behind him. They gently dropped down into the carefully maintained gardens Dick had only seen from their carriage. Lush tropical flowers and trees heavy with fruit lining a winding pathway that lead to a gazebo and there he sat, Tim Drake, silky black hair fell down in his face, eyes half closed as he played.
Roy and Dick just stood back in the shade of the trees, memorizing every detail as if they feared it would all disappear in a moment. Roy shifted forward to get closer and stepped of a twig Roy winced and Dick glared a little as Tim stopped playing.
“Who's there?” he called.
“It's just us,” Roy called back. Dick shot him a look that said What-are-you-doing,-we're-not-even-suppose-to-be-here, which Roy answered with his own look that said Well-what-was-the-point-in-climbing-the-wall-in-the-first-place? He grabbed Dick's wrist and dragged him out in the clearing with him. Roy gave Tim his best smile. “Hello. Remember us? We're . .”
“Roy and Dick. Yes I remember,” Tim said softly, his look of surprise turning into a pleased look, a small smile spreading on his face.
“We . . . heard you play,” Dick said finally finding his voice. “It was divine. So beautiful like a . .”
“A bird's song,” Roy finished.
Tim blushed and lowered his eyes, “Thank you. I . . I'm know I'm really not that good, but Lord Al Ghul says if I keep practicing I might be able to get into an performing arts institute when I'm older.”
“I think your good enough now,” Dick said smiling sitting down next to Tim, which only made Tim blush more. “Bright and wonderful, it reminded me of a robin's song.”
“A robin?” Tim asked a smile tugging at his lips.
Roy chuckled as he sat down on the grass. “Dickie here has a thing for birds, robins are his favorite. So short pants, we've found ourselves a little bird?”
“A little bird . . our beautiful talented little bird,” Dick mused.
“Beautiful . . no I'm not anything like that,” Tim said shaking his head getting up, his face bright red.
“Tim wait, we're sorry,” Roy said standing as well and holding out his hands in an appeasing way. “We came on a little strong just . . . we like you. You're special.”
“You don't even know me.”
“You're still special,” Dick said softly.
“Indeed he is,” came a voice. Tim whirled around to see Ra's with Dawlish and a couple of other men standing behind him. “I'm so happy you agree,” he said dryly.
“Lord Al Ghul . . it's nice to see you again,” Dick said giving a slight nod.
“Yes, so nice you felt the need to sneak back onto the grounds after being asked to leave,” Ra's said.
“We apologize for that. We meant no harm, we just . . . wanted to invite Tim to the Titans' holiday party. It's tomorrow night and we thought Tim would like to meet some more people his own age,” Dick said smoothly.
Tim smiled, “A party? That sounds nice.”
“Timothy will not be attending,” Ra's said firmly.
“What?!” Roy exclaimed. “But why not? The party is tradition. It's just as much as the Lords meeting as anything else.”
“Yes it is, but for some reason I am reluctant to allow my ward in the company of two young men who seem to think is acceptable to climb walls of my manor after they have been dismissed. I think it is understandable why I do not want him around such dubious behavior.”
“We meant no harm,” Dick said softly.
“It is of little consequence, Timothy will not be accompanying you anywhere. Dawlish, show these two the door and this time make sure they leave.
“Yes my Lord,” Dawlish said, “Master Tetch also wished for me to inform you that Winslow Schott has arrived.”
“Very well,”Ra's wrapped an arm around Tim's shoulders and lead him back into the house.
Dawlish, and the four men turned on Dick and Roy grabbing them by the arms and promptly removing them from the house.
“That went well,” Roy muttered
“Don't worry. I've got a plan.. Tim will be coming with us to the party. First we just need to get some wings,” Dick whispered back.
* * * *
Tim sat at his desk trying to concentrate on the book he was reading. He was trying not to think of Roy and Dick. Trying and failing miserably. He had never met anyone so carefree as them. No one had seem to take to Tim so easily either, no one had ever given him a nickname before or invited him out to a party or . . .been as handsome as them.
But he shouldn't be thinking of them, Lord Al Ghul had disapproved of them. Al Ghul had been kind to Tim,he had promised Tim a real home after he had taken Tim from his parents. Tim felt like he was betraying the kindness that had been shown him.
A taping drew Tim from his thoughts and he looked up from his book. His eyes grew big as he saw Dick Grayson sitting out side his window.
Tim put aside his book and went to open the window. “What are you doing here?”
Dick smiled warmly, “I've come to ask you out.”
“How . . . how did you get up here? We're on the sixth floor?” Tim said looking down over the edge.
“Oh I was dropped off,” he said cheerily. “Do you mind if I come in? It's a little windy out here.”
Tim stepped back and let Dick crawl in. “What are you doing here?” Tim asked again.
Dick smiled, “I thought I had already said. I've come to ask you out.”
“But I can't . . Lord Al Ghul had forbade me going anywhere with you. I could get in so much trouble for letting you in here.”
“But you did let me in and so far you haven't cried for anyone to come cart me away. So maybe you don't me being here so much?”
“I . . may . . no I don't mind you being here,” Tim said blushing.
Dick didn't even try to hide his smile, “Then come with me? Come to the party, because if you don't then I'm just going to have to stay here.”
“And if he doesn't go then I'm not going to go,” Roy said as he crawled through the window. “So does this mean we're staying here with Tim?”
Tim look bewildered at Roy, “ But . . we're on the sixth floor. . .”
Roy grinned as he pushed a button and his glider wings unfolded. “See not so mysterious.”
Tim's eyes lit up and he went to examine the wings, “I've been working on my own design but was having problems with the folding mechanism.”
Dick just grinned at Tim's delight, “Seems we have a renaissance man in our midst. He plays musical instruments and is mechanically inclined.”
“Still doesn't explain how you got up here,” Tim said looking at Dick over Roy's shoulder. “These gliders only carry one person.”
“Well that would be because of me,” a voice from outside called.
Tim looked out the window, wondering how many people could possibly be on the ledge outside his window, when he ducked his head through the window he saw a boy about his age hovering in mid air.
The boy grinned at Tim, “ Hi. I'm Conner.”
“You're flying.”
“Yeah isn't it cool?”
“So how about it?” Roy asked. “Want to go to a party? With a boy who can fly and two others who have done nothing more than think about you since the day we met you.”
“Yes,” Tim said. “Yes I do.”
Dick smiled and held out a jacket for Tim and helped Tim climb through the window. They each took one of Conner's hands.
Titan's Tower was settled on a hill by the harbor, it served for years as a meeting place for the children and heirs to the Lords and the annual holiday party was as almost as much as a tradition as the Lords Meeting. Tim's eyes darted left and right taking all the sights in as they went to the main room, The room was decked out in garland and red ribbon everywhere, music filled the air along with the sound of laughter and animated talking. A huge Christmas tree filled and entire corner of the room. Dick grabbed Tim's hand and dragged him over to a group of people. “Guys I want to introduce someone to you,” Dick grinned his eyes bright with happiness, “This is Tim Drake. Tim these are Roy's and my friends, Donna, Wally, Victor, Garth, Raven and Kory.”
“It is a pleasure to meet you,” Tim said softly, a slight blush on his cheeks to being the center of attention.
“Nice to meet you Tim,” Donna grinned both at the boy's shyness and Dick's obvious affection for the boy. “We're happy you were able to come.
Before anything else was said Roy descended on the group wrapping his arms around Tim. “Little Bird they're playing our song,” and with that he twirled Tim around in circles getting them both lost in a dance.
“He is adorable,” Kory beamed at Dick, “When will the handfasting be?”
Dick laughed, “Well lets get through this first date before we starting planning our nuptials okay?”
“If you insist,” Kory teased.
Donna smirked as she linked arms with Kory, “'But you know May is such a nice time for weddings.”
“Better make a run for it,” Wally laughed. “The girls will have you married off by News Years.”
“Maybe your right,” Dick grinned, “I do believe I need some punch.”
Later Dick found Tim with Conner, and couple other kids their age. “This is Bart and Cassie, my cousin Kara, and Damian, Dick's little brother.”
“Wow are you real Ra's Al Ghul's ward?” Bart said his words almost blurring together. “Does he really have assassins with him at all times? And why do they call him the Demon's Head? Does he wear a mask?”
“Allen you idiot,” Damian scoffed. “Surely you don't think this boy would have any real understanding to my Grandfather's operation.”
“Your Grandfather . . ?” Tim asked a little bit shocked.
“Don't mind them, they're always a little hyper,” Conner said as he made shushing motions to Damian.”You can hit them if you want to.”
“Punch?” Dick asked as he handed Tim a cup. Tim grinned and took the drink. Dick smiled back and waved to Damian, “Why don't you get the girls some punch Dami.”
“I have told you Grayson to stop calling me that nickname and if they want punch they can get it themselves.”
“Damian now,” Dick said giving his brother a pointed look. “How about a dance,” he asked as he pulled Tim along after him on the dance floor.
“Dick can I ask you a couple questions?” Tim asked as they swayed to the music.
“Of course, you can ask me anything.”
“Well do you think that I'll actually be able to answer either you or Roy in the future about wanting to dance? And is that boy really Lord Al Ghul's grandson?”
“Ah yes,'” Dick looked a little bit sheepish. “We should really wait for your reply shouldn't we? Sorry about that. And for the second question, yes Damian is Ra's grandson. It's kind of a long story.”

Ra's silently walked down the steps followed by Ubu. A work shop had been set up down on the sub levels. The workshop was filled with metal arms and legs was strewn over table tops, gears were piled kin stacks according to size, and a white haired old man was bent over the open chest of what looked like a completed metal man. “Schott how are my clockwork men coming along?”
Winslow Schott smiled a little too widely and he nodded his head. “Oh they are beautiful my Lord. Virtually unstoppable. They are my finest work ever.”
“And the Kryptonian? Will they be able to stop him?”
Schott looked up a little nervously. “Stop him? Well I cannot say it will definitely stop him. His power
level has not really been matched . . but an army of them . . your army of them will definitely wear him down.”
Ra's smiled as he stepped over and pick up one of metal heads. “Good. Where as it would have been pleasurable to finally be rid of the meddlesome man. It will be good enough to keep him occupied while I deal with Wayne and other Lords. When will they be done?”
“Days my Lord. Your army will be done in time for the Lords Meeting as promised.”
A soft cough from the doorway drew Ra's attention to see Tetch there. “Forgive the interruption my Lord.”
“What is it Tetch?”
“It's the boy. He's not in his room or anywhere in the manor.” Tetch said nervously

Roy found Tim talking animatedly to Conner and Bart. A grin on his lips and slight blush to his cheeks and Roy figured a break from the (slightly spiked) punch and maybe some fresh air would do Tim some good. He wrapped his arm around Tim's waist and winked at Conner and Bart, “Excuse me gents but I'm going to borrow Tim for a bit,”
The boys grinned as he lead Tim off, stopping to extract Dick from a conversation with Victor and Garth before finding them a quiet place to sit by the fountain in the gardens. Tim happily curled up to Dick's side resting his head on Dick's shoulder. “Having fun Little Bird?” Dick whispered in his ear.
“The best,” Tim said softly, “I've never been to a party like this before, not even when I was with Mother and Father.”
“How old were you when you lost your parents?” Roy asked idly walking his fingers up and down Tim's arm.
“Oh they didn't die. Lord Al Ghul bought me from them.”
“Bought you?” Dick asked in alarm.
Realization dawn on Tim's face and he jumped from his seat. Gone was his relaxed pose, there was a stiffness to his shoulders and arms as he seemed to close in on himself.
“Tim?” Dick said as he came up and wrapped his arms around the smaller boy. “Tim,” he said more softly, “It's okay, you can tell us. You can tell us anything.”
“I wasn't suppose to know,” Tim said softly, “But I have a bad habit of finding out things I”m not suppose to know.”
“How did it happen”” Roy asked sitting on the edge of the fountain.
“My parents . . . they aren't bad people,” Tim began, “They just didn't know how to be parents So they went on trips around the world and I stayed home with nannies and the house staff. Till the day Ra's Al Ghul came over for dinner one evening. I was told at the end of the evening I would be leaving with him. When I was told to go upstairs to pack, I sneaked down and heard them finalize the paperwork.”
“Oh Tim,' Dick whispered as he buried his face in the crook of Tim's neck.
Tim smiled a little as he petted Dick's arm to sooth. “Lord Al Ghul said I was wasted on my parents and I would prosper under his care.”
“Has he taken car of you?” doubt heavy in Roy's voice.
“He's strict, but he's always been kind to me,” Tim said with a shrug.
“He didn't even tell you we had been to visit.”
“But I know now,” Tim said breaking Dick's hold to sit next to Roy. “I know about these two wonderful beautiful men who took me flying and then dancing.”
Roy leaned in and pressed his lips firmly to Tim's, his arms wrapped around him pulling Tim closer. Dick looked as the two kissed, his breath caught at the sight to the two and he felt a pang of disappointment when the kiss ended.
Roy smirked as he and Tim slowly parted, “You look a little hot under the collar there Dickie Boy. The weather getting to ya or something?”
“Or something,” Dick smirked back as he undid the top buttons of his shirt. “It's not my fault that it's totally to warm in Central City in December.” Dick said as he sat down next to Tim. “Just doesn't seem like a proper Christmas setting without a little snow.”
“Oh not the snow pout again,” Roy groaned.
Tim smiled a little as he looked between Roy and Dick, “You want it to snow?”
“Don't get him started Tim,” Roy warned. “He'll talk your ear off abut it.”
“I can make it snow for you,” Tim said quietly.
“What?” Roy and Dick both asked as they looked at him.
“I can make it snow,” Tim repeated a little more confidently. “Dick hold out your hand.”
Dick did as he was told and Tim scooped up a handful of water from the fountain and let it drip over Dick's hand. At first all he felt were the droplets falling onto his palm, but splash after splash of water got colder and colder till snowflakes were falling onto his hand.
Dick looked up from his hand to Tim's face, which held a mixture of both hope and fear. “I'm an ice elementist and you two are the first I've ever shown.”
“Oh man,” Ry whispered in awe.
“You've never told anyone?” Dick asked.
Tim gave a rueful smile, “I'm really good with secrets. Both at finding out about them and keeping them.”
“Just when I thought we had figured out how special you are, you do something like this to show us how wrong we are,” Dick whispers as he cupped Tim's cheek.
Tim relaxed and the little smile Dick had come to associate with Tim came back and he nuzzled against Dick's hand, “I'm not that special.”
“We'll be the judge of that Little Bird,” Roy said as he hugged Tim. He thought for a second and frown a bit, “What about Ra's? Could this be why he . . .well you know.”
“He couldn't,” Tim said shaking his head, “ My parents never even known and I've been . . .reluctant to do to much since living with him. I can only do small stuff, hardly worth any interest.”
“So we get to be the lucky ones who get to safe guard your secret,” Dick smiled.
Tim blushed and for an instant his small small turned into a grin. He cupped his hands and dipped them into the fountain one more time. The water in his hands seemed to swirl and dance and harden till a perfect rose formed. He placed it in Dick's hand and said, “I've found that the things that I craft don't melt. So this is for you on the days that it gets too hot here.”
Dick looked at the rose in wonder for a moment before he pulled Tim to him and claimed his own kiss. He poured all the love that he felt into it, determined that Tim would never have to doubt how Dick felt about him. Roy wrapped his own arms around both of them and peppered feather light kisses on Tim's neck.
It was the sound of running feet that drew them apart. Conner and Bart came running out, “Guys! Ra's Al Ghul's here and he's looking for Tim.”
Tim got to his feet and started for inside, “Tim wait,” Roy said reaching for him.
“He's my guardian, I have to go,” Tim said reluctantly.
Ra's was standing in the middle of the room glaring. Tim walked up and inclined his head “My Lord Al Ghul,” he said softly.
“I am disappointed in you Timothy,” Ra's said quietly. “I thought you were above such childish acts. Now go to the carriage.”
“It wasn't his fault,” Dick said as he and Roy came in, just to see Tim leave.
“Oh believe me,” Ra's said with a glare, “I know exactly who to blame and believe me the appropriate action will be taken.”
The drive back was tense and wordless. Tim kept his head bowed, not daring to look up. The carriage they rode in came up to the manor house.
“Come,” Ra's ordered.
Tim winced and followed after, Ubu bring up the rear. Ra's lead the way to the music room where Tetch was waiting for them.
“I'm sorry,” Tim whispered. “You said you didn't want me going with them and I did anyway. I'm sorry I disobeyed, but I made the choice don't be mad at Dick and Roy,” he pleaded.
“The fault is mine. I should have realized you would draw the attention of Wayne and his ilk. I will take steps to make sure that attention stops.” Ra's said.
“Yes my Lord?” Tetch tittered.
“I want him to forget all about tonight,” Ra's ordered.
“What? No!” Tim said backing away. Ubu grabbed Tim by his arms and dragged him to a chair in front of the machine as Tetch started it, lights played across his face as Ubu held him in place.
“Make him forget,” Ra's said as he watched, “Make him forget all about those meddlesome boys.”
* * * *
Dick sat at a cafe drinking a cup of coffee and feeling miserable. Ra's had lodged a complaint with the House of Lords the day after the party against Roy and Dick. Bruce had told Dick that for the foreseeable future he was not to go anywhere near the Al Ghul manor house or Tim.
“You look like someone took away your favorite hat,” Roy said as he came up behind him stealing a quick kiss and taking the cup out of his hands before sitting down. For all the world Roy looked calm and relaxed, but Dick could tell Roy just as upset as he was.
“Close enough. Bruce didn't care too much for the complaint. What did Ollie say?” Dick asked as he took back his cup before Roy could drink it all.
Roy just shrugged, “It's Ollie, he clapped me on the back and said good job rocking the boat. Dinah on the other hand said to cool it.”
“What do we do now?” Dick said softly.
“What do you mean?”
“I mean Tim's an elementalist and he's Ra's Al Ghul's ward and no one knows but us . . . and maybe Ra's,” Dick said worrying his bottom lip.
“You do think he knows too then?” Roy asked.
“He bought him from the Drakes like he was a rare vase or something. There has to be a reason why. The chance that he might knows what Tim is . . . I'm scared for him.” Dick said biting his lip harder.
“So what do we do?” Roy said running his hand through his buzz cut. “Do we tell someone? We promised to protect his secret.”
“Why don't we asked him,” Dick said looking over Roy's shoulder. Across the street from out of a shop came Jervis Tetch and Tim. Before they could even question if their action was wise or not, they were up from their table and crossing the street.
“Tim! Tim wait up!” Roy shouted as they ran to catch up.
Tetch and Tim paused at the call of Tim's name, Tetch had an evil little smirk on his face as he bent his head toward Tim's, “Why don't you see what they want and then catch up.”
“Yes Master Tetch.”
Tim waited till Roy and Dick caught up. Roy threw his arms around Tim, tugging him close for a hug. “We were worried. Glad you're okay Little Bird.”
“Little bird . . .uh yes . . I'm fine,” Tim said as he untangled himself from Roy's arms.
“We're sorry,” Dick said, “We never wanted to cause trouble for you. How mad was Ra's?”
“Lord Al Ghul? Why would he be mad at me?” Tim asked confused.
“Let me guessed, he blamed the whole thing on us?” Roy asked with a slight smile on his face. “Well that's fine he can blame us all he wants, as long as he didn't take it out on you.”
Tim looked between Dick and Roy in pure confusion, “I'm sorry, but I think you have me confused with someone else. I am certain I've done nothing that would displease Lord Al Ghul.”
Dick shot Tetch a quick look before taking Tim's hand, “Tim what did Ra's do after he took you home from the party. He had to have said something right?”
“Party? I didn't go to any party and I'm sorry . . . but I don't know who either of you are,” Tim said softly.
“Don't know us?” Dick cupped Tim's cheek as dread began to spread through him, “It's me and Roy. We spent all of last night together talking and dancing. We kissed by the fountain.”
Tim batted away Dick's hands and took a huge step back, his eyes going wide. “I don't know what you're talking about. I don't know who you are.” With that Tim walked away, hurrying back to Tetch. He and Tetch shared a few whispered words and Tetch waved him to go ahead before looking back and smiling his evil little smile before following after.
“What the hell just happen?” Roy asked confusion and shock on his face.
“They did something to Tim, they made him forget us” Dick said pain in his voice.
Roy shook his head and started down the street at jog, “No. Al Ghul can't just do that, He's not taking Tim away like that.”
“Roy!” Dick hissed as he ran after and dragging him to a stop. “You can't just go after them like that, Tim might get hurt.”
“Then what do you want me to do?!”
Dick made shushing noises as people were beginning to look at them. “Well for one thing we're going to figure out what Ra's is up to and get Tim far away from him as possible.”
“How do we do that?”
“I think it's time we call our brothers in for help. A little extra firepower never hurt.”
