Babbling and Monthly Wrap Ups
Okay so it's been a while since I've tormented you all with what's going on in darth's little corner of the universe. I blame dcu6wordstories . It's so terribly addicting, and looking at my flist I see most of you are there so you know what I'm talking about "grins". Yes you are there, and you are there , and you - you've got about twenty characters over there. Sheesh.
Anyhoo, at the beginning of the month was Gwen's birthday. She's a whole seven years old. She really needs to stop growing up, So she and I spent the day Mommy and daughter bonding time. I took her to Build a Bear, we did lunch, did shopping and later had a family dinner with all the Grandparents. Who on the third all have something going on it seems. Because the third just isn't Gwen's birthday, it's hubby's Mom's birthday, ,my parents wedding anniversary, and my grandmother's birthday on the 4th. A lot of cards I need to buy on that day. Then last weekend we had a birthday party for her and seven of her friends at Chuck E Cheese. She had a blast, and it wasn't too bad to be truthful.
Anyway, we also got Gwen her Halloween costume, the streak of Disney Princesses is over with. She's going to be Cleopatra this year. She's very excited about this.
Oh and I am an aunt! My Brother and his wife had their first baby at the end of Sept. They had a little girl, Olivia, 8 lbs and 1 oz., 19 inches long and every one is doing fine.
Picked up a new Cd yesterday. It's called DC 75 and it has a bunch of the the theme music from various cartoons, TV shows, and movies. Everything from the Super Friends to the Batman Begins movie. It's fun.
And I have missed doing monthly recaps the last two months So let me take care of that, though I am ashamed to say one month I only did one! Anyway on to the recap
