I keep forgeting....I twitch and reply. "You have a special connection to the gods or the powers or what ever you want to call it. Cleric class. I really wish you'd have read those books. I did pack them." maybe he's a paladin.... *grumble* "very well, if you insist..." on continuing with this folly..."I shall stay and unpack. Who's the healer?" I may need to know this for later.
"We don't have one, unless you count me and my wicked first aid skills." I say with a sigh. "So should you have the burning desire to learn healing magic, don't count on one."
"Actally, I'm not against that idea...if you want to try and take it up," I say to Andrew. "Not that I need it much, but doctor's bills can really eat into the bottom line." Maybe that'll keep him busy.
I stand up. "Well c'mon, pick a room, you can stay anywhere you want in my hotel." I say, starting to head for the stairs. "I'll show you were some of the better rooms are."
I watch them go. Okay, he's got the demon bites, definitely from Cordy, but I'm fairly sure she's not actually interested in him, or she'd be taking him home...damn, I'm not liking this one bit. Why is she so possessive of the geeky little guy? I walk back to the office, pondering the situation. Okay, so some might call it brooding.
