Full of win
Today is being a good day.
Three classes this morning, all of which went really well. I was covering the middle one because the last instructor left last week (in a hurry and not of his own volition, which has left some odd feeling around the gym) so I'd been worried there might be some lingering resentment that might spill over on to me. Luckily no-one seemed to blame me at all, everyone seemed to enjoy it and one person said "Brilliant class, thanks!" on the way out. And then the third class had one new person and two returning after a long gap, and all of them worked really hard and said they loved it and they'd be back. So that all felt good.
My new camera has arrived! Dropping and breaking my old one last week was not such a good thing, but the new one is lovely and shiny and looks great. The battery is currently charging up so I'm yet to take any photos with it, but ooh! Shiny! And it means I can carry on with the photo-a-day without having to borrow tregenza's phone to use its camera.
I've won the Premium Bonds! OK, only £25, but better than nothing. And it's been automatically reinvested, so that's another 25 chances to win next month. You never know, the next update might be that I've got the jackpot...
I'm currently having a lazy afternoon lying around listening to podcasts, pootling around on the internet and waiting for the aforementioned battery to charge so I can play with my new toy (shiny!).
