All this free time all of a sudden has driven me slightly stir-crazy after only a few days. Liz already left, and Kevin's leaving tomorrow, so that's two of my main peeps (I've always wanted to use that word in a sentence despite my hatred for it) gone. Alas. Anyway, since I've been too lazy to pack very much, I've been assuaging my school guilt by doing these Spanish-learning free video podcast deals. Sure, I already know it all, but I figure reviewing the basics might help me understand spoken Spanish a little better, as I have problems when people talk fast.
I do need to buy an Italian dictionary (and a new Latin one). Perhaps I shall do so tomorrow whilst wandering about looking for the exact location of my mom's hotel. That sounds dangerously like work, though, so maybe not.
P.S. I did a half-step better in Chem this semester than last, and I got an A in Archeology despite my lackluster showing on the midterm (barely an A-). Go me! I really must have aced that final.
