Here are my heart rates for class on Thursday. It was a good class, more or less typical of the kinds of workouts we usually do...

Karate: 168 bpm for 50 min

Gungfu: 152 bpm for 90 min

Taji: 135 bpm for 42 min

I'm not sure yet how to calculate calories burned, but I'll have to fwd these numbers along...
