Here’s my placeholder for 2016 books read. My goals for this year are to read more from my TBR piles in my apartment - I need those stacks to go down. As much as I love the number of library books I read in 2015, I have plenty of books right in my apartment that need to be read! Also, I’d like to get through more nonfiction. That means I have to be in the right frame of mind after work, which is only partially controllable, but I really want to make an effort to capitalize on every moment that I’m well rested and intellectually curious to pick up a nonfiction book. We’ll see…
Update: Instead of re-posting, I'm just editing here to add my favorites of the year in Bold. As of the end of the year, I'm happy that I finally topped 100 books again. But I did so by reading an insanely large number of romance novels. Very unusual for me. I couldn't take anything more serious, I guess!
I have pretty much given up longer book reviews on here, but I’ve been trying to make more comments and “reviews” on Goodreads, so I’d also like to keep that up.
