2013 Reading

Jan 01, 2014 14:00

x-posted from my RL journal. I just have to let you all know what I’ve been up to this year too. I’ve been reading less fanfic, which means more books. Hopefully I’ll balance out again next year and read a bit more of both fanfic and books. I’m also hoping to x-post a bit more, because I miss talking with y’all about the books I’m reading and recipes I’m cooking. I like having the other blog, and it makes it so I can reference my cooking/reading blog in settings where I couldn’t mention this one, but I miss the interaction here!

****

Well it is now December 31st and I have read all I can read in 2013, and I must say I did pretty good this year! I read far more than I have any year since I really started tracking my reading, and from a wider variety of genres than I read in 2012. Of course, I’m still reading more YA than anything, but I’m trying to diversify it a bit.

My favorites are in blue.
