We're having a potluck at work next week, and it's my turn to bring something....
I'm a pretty decent cook, but I'm having trouble finding something that
1. would be easy to travel
2. could sit out for 4ish hours without going bad
3. would not take too much time/money for me to make
which knocks out my seafood chowder among many other things :P
Any ideas?
