(no subject)
Does anyone know how people managed to live in Florida prior to air conditioning? The upstairs AC is broken, and I'm beginning to form a theory that the explanation involves copious alcohol consumption, a dangerous amount of inhaled ocean water, and possibly mesquito-carried disease.

1. Nincompoop - I have a certain love for insults that do more to mock the person using them than the person to whom they are applied.
2. Nance - A horrible noun and a wonderful verb
3. Nocturnal - *poses with rather more enthusiasm than energy*
4. Nazi - Apparently everyone who has ever been in an argument with a 13 year old, a web troll, or a politician qualifies as a nazi (but Death Eaters don't). Sadly, this makes it very difficult for me to define the term. :(
5. Nebulous - my faith in...pretty much anything
6. Nayward - "the contrary view"; this is so going in my "interests"!
7. Neddy - another word for an ass or donkey, and the best new insult of the week!
8. Nice - a nice enough word <--see how using the word "nice" to describe something is practically an insult?
9. Nettle - a good time had by all
10. Network - LiveJournal. Also a spider web that catches innocent (and less so) flies and won't let them go. Coincidence? I think not.
