Christmas was rather sparse this year. We didn't get a lot, and we hardly did any decorating.

I finally got Zelda: The Wind Waker after all this time. Curious that it took so long to become a "Player's Choice" discount title even though it sold just as well as Mario Sunshine or Metroid Prime. In fact, I nearly missed it... It was hiding all by itself between a row of games inserted sideways into the glass display case, so their box art couldn't even be seen.

We didn't put up a tree this year. Instead, in an act of cynical Christmas cheer, we propped up and hung lights upon the exercise rowing machine, since nobody ever bothered to move it out of the way to make room for the tree.

"Oh, Christmas rower,
Oh, Christmas rower,
You're made of steel and plas-tic!
Oh, Christmas rower,
Oh, Christmas rower,
and hy-drau-lic re-sis-tors!"

We did, however, end up with a ton of cookies. Still haven't finished them all, either.
