This morning I got into my first (and hopefully last) ever 4-car pileup on I-5. There were folks stopped at an offramp. I came to a stop behind a car, then got rear-ended into the car in front of me. EEEK!! I'm glad you're both alright. The only thing you should both watch out for is whiplash. I've been in an accident just like yours at the same time of day (on a Friday too!!) and the whiplash didn't hit me until after I'd gotten home from work. My neck stiffened up to the point that I couldn't turn my head and it hurt when I laid down to go to sleep. You don't realize how much you use your neck muscles until you're trying to lay down on a pillow or get up out of bed!! I recommend some muscle relaxers. :D

Thanks! I'm not at fault so the insurance people are being pretty good about this. Hopefully everyone will agree that it's a total loss (the estimated cost to fix everything is uhm... high!)
