In NYC next week - hoping to connect with NY area friends, possibly find crash space...

Anne will be attending a convention in NYC next week to moderate a panel discussion, and we'd love to use the opportunity to connect with some of our friends the area.
Also, given our current cash flow issues, if someone could spare us at least one night of hotel costs, we'd be insanely grateful. We understand that this is a lot to ask, so absolutely no pressure.
The panel is on Wednesday, and we can probably stay a few extra days if we don't have to pay for a hotel room the whole time.
