I'm sorry. I know how wretched you must feel over all of this. Miss Grayling didn't say why you were demoted, but - well, I'm sure it has something to do with the Bridget and June and Catherine mess, and maybe she's right in what she did, but I'm sure that doesn't make it any easier for you. If it makes you feel any better, I feel awful about the whole thing too. I'm going to do my best, but I'd rather not be anyone's replacement. It feels odd and undeserved.
