Finally...
Finally settling down. Moved in and have all my shit together. It's only a year though. The owner just called and said he's putting the place on the market, but he wanted to offer it to us first. He's selling for $250,000 but will "give" it to us for $225,000. Um, we're roommates and uh, neither of us can afford the rent by ourselves, so there's no way either of us can afford a $225,000 mortgage. Maybe he thinks we're gay. Or more likely he's just not so quick.
