This week I've been taking Beckett to school. Basil got the mornings off this week as one of his gifts in the Date Box. This morning Beckett dressed himself completely from head to foot so that I could take a shower before venturing out into the world.
After dropping him off, I went for a manicure and a marathon grocery shopping session. While I was out, I bought a digital scale. I'm resolved to step on it once a week, and to work towards making the little numbers move in a Southern direction. I intentionally bought one that measures out to one decimal place. Every small victory counts
