Arm drag from neutral to back control:
1. One knee up, other foot folded in front.  With the knee-up hand, get cross-collar control.  Other hand needs to be free.

2. Plant the free hand out to the side.  Raise your body and swing it slightly around and to his back, while switching legs like kasa gatame.  Now your front leg (was knee up) should be folded over, either between his legs as a loose hook (ideal) or outside and parallel to his leg.  Back leg foot is planted, knee raised.  Push into him with your chest/forehead.

3. With the far hand, reach over the back and thread thru for motorcycle control on the far forearm.  get 2-on-1 for max control.

4. Sink the far hook in.  Pry his arm forward to make room if necessary.

5. Pull his arm toward his bellybutton while grapevining and superman-ing to break him flat.

Short choke: (from superman back control)
1. Using either hand, lift his head off the mat by the forehead.

2. Sneak the other hand across his trachea, palm toward you.

3. Put your other hand underneath, palm up, at a 90 degree angle.  Hook your choking hand.

4. Pull back toward you and thrust your chest out for the choke.

Arm drag from limb control:
1. Break his control with the same side hand.

2. Popping that arm up-and-towards-you with the break, reach the other arm across his chest and snag the tricep, pulling it towards you, guiding the hand between your body and arm.

3. At the same time as (2), legs should be moving so that the far leg is between his, creating a loose hook, and the near leg is moving outside his legs.

4. With the free hand, snake around the back and through the armpit to grab motorcycle control on the far forearm.  Deepen and secure the first hook.

5. Shift your weight forward onto your shoulder/arm control to raise your hips.  Swing the other leg around for a hook on the far side.  You can use the overhook hand to help however seems most logical (grabbing far side collar, posting, half nelson).
