It looks easy, doesn’t it? Only six classes, the most I’ll have all my time at MSOE unless I can take an extra elective course. I found out that they offer languages (German, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, and Japanese), and I’ve always wanted to take German. If I was an international business majour I would have to visit either Lübeck or Prague my junior year. Alas, I’m only an architectural engineer majour. The point: all my classes are centered around AE, but there are two non-AE classes I want to take, those being Russian history and German. Hopefully I can take them sometime during my time here. Today I found out that I wont begin the master’s degree program until my senior/four year, then I’ll just have one more year of college and will hopefully graduate in 2010 and receive my B.S. in Architectural Engineering and M.S. in Structural Engineering.

Besides registering for classes and then receiving my class schedule, I got my photo ID (complete with picture) in which it looks like I am wearing orange and thus in prison, and bought books for three of my classes. I only have six classes, but I have eleven books (I only need to buy six more), and the five books I bought today cost me $291.42. Eep. The most expensive one was my Calculus book and that’s cause there were no more used books to be bought.

Later this week I’ll be getting my room and roommate information in the mail. (I JUST SQUASHED A MOSQUITO AND IT GOT BLOOD ON MY SHIRT! ARGGG!!!!!!) I’m so hoping that I will be on either the fifth or six floor. I can do stairs to the twelfth floor, but I might be found camping out on the couches if I get put up there. There are two “clubs” that I believe I want to join. The women’s connection program, and the Alpha Omega Epsilon Sorority.

Lots of work coming up. Hopefully I will also get lots of sleep.
