So here are a few art projects I've worked on all semester which got all A's...DUH hahaa :) but I really worked hard on all of them. I came up with the ideas, concepts, and aesthetics. that drawing for my background is my own original work as well. It's my tree heart and if you think it's stupid then whatever because I like it so THERE. It's a symbol of love and the concept that love grows...
-mermaid duck. Ophelia-
She has different colors on each side. I glued two pieces of ply wood together then had scott cut out the duck shape because I had a nightmare I would cut my hand off with the sawdust even though I used that machine before. I'm such a girl..ewww. The wings are just made of one ply wood each and I did cut that out by myself which is funny because it's thinner and smaller which means I would have been closer to cutting off my fingers cutting those then that big duck piece. Next I sanded it, painted it, then glued each rhinestone and feather onto it. Chris W and Chris B. are brilliant because they did the mechanics. When you push it, she rolls and flaps her wings!

I cut the key shape out of wood and sanded it for 5 hours a day for an entire week!

i broke this mirror to use for the background of the project as you can see.

Dwayne left to the airforce 3.26.07 .I miss him.

I will miss this terribly...
but I know I will be going somewhere even more beautiful for the next three years
so I will have new sights to cherish

Graduation ceremony is this Saturday! It's almost June and that means only half a year till Christmas & my BIRTHDAY! yessssss! more pictures to come soon :)
