About two weeks ago I had, quite possibly, the BIGGEST SCARE of my LIFE when I went to St. Mungo's. SERIOUSLY. I like my life far too much to have to worry about there being a kid inserted into the middle of it. Ingram and I just have to be REALLY CAREFUL about potions and whatever (and we have been, since then). And I am never drinking that much EVER again at a party (as brilliant as it was) because it's really scary when you can't remember everything that you did on a night like that.

When I told Ingram he was freaked out, which was COMPLETELY understandable. But we talked about some things and I am SO GLAD we're on the same page about it, because it's sort of a big deal. I like how we work and I really, REALLY don't want to screw things up. I haven't seen him in a few days, but that's because our schedules haven't really meshed well and I had some family stuff to do and there was wedding talk with Alana... I'm glad we're not one of those couples who has to do EVERYTHING together. I mean, we have a lot of things and friends in common, but he does his own thing sometimes and so do I. And we each have our own space, which is so nice.

Well, the Cannons didn't have the same amount of luck this past weekend when they played the Kestrels as they did the last time, unfortunately! But Eddie still played a good match, and I was very proud of him (I was proud of the whole team, really). I'm hoping I'll be able to squeeze in another match this month, but we'll see.

I'm finally over that flu that was giving me grief for awhile. Gods, being sick in the winter is so annoying. I mean, it's horrible any time of year, but you have to wear so many extra layers of stuff when you go outside and- ugh. I'm so ready for spring it's not even funny.

Also, Don Tremlett, you are looking a little smug these days. You are hiding something, and I WILL find out what it is!

And well, I'm bored tonight, so... we know what that means! Cake baking time!
