demented up north
Was at demented this week- monday in liverpool and friday (halloween) and couldnt believe the turn out. In liverpool I'd say maybe 40 people actually showed (given it was a monday nite) but Halloween there was no excuse.
Only 60 people, a great bunch of bands, and almost no one on the dance floor. I think there was one person besides us that were actually less than 5 feet from stage.
Man, if this was the US or Germany, geez or even London, there is no way that the lads, (including the boys from Karloff, Heartbreak Engine , and the Hyperjax ) who were all giving it what for, would be subject to such conditions. Whats up with northerners?
