I just this second remembered that I wanted to buy Mission of Burma tickets for their Sept. 23rd show at Boston's ICA. Somewhere along the way I happened across a link that mentioned a Providence date the day before at some place called Decibel.
Decibel is basically Club Babyhead. Which means that, after all these years, they're still playing dank holes-inthe-wall like that place. Ugh. I might go, simply because it's easier to get to Decibel than to go up to Boston. On the other hand, Jonathan Kane's February are opening the ICA show, and it's a beautiful venue (unlike Decibel).
