Blah
Now that I have so much free time, I thought I'd update my lj. I know you're all super excited to take in every word I say, so I'll get on with it :)
So, biggest non-news would be grad school offerings. University of Victoria and Simon Fraser think they're too good for me, but UBC is still dangling that shred of hope in front of me. I seriously think I'm part of some psychological study on how long you can make applicants wait before their heads explode. Results to follow. I wonder how they every scraped together an ethics approval for this one... But needless to say, if I get in, you'll all know.
What else, what else. Almost done the semester - 1 easy exam - wooooo. And it's not till next Tuesday. Hence the chillin'. And with grad looming, I'm gonna shop for a new dress - yay! I love dress shopping!
We had lunch with Chris' mom today in Hamilton. She's convinced that we should get engaged - I think she scared Chris ;) Actually not really, he seemed calm, cool, and collected, and even outrightly said that it didn't scare him. Wink wink nudge nudge. lol j/k. And then she started talking about kegels, so engagement became the last of our worries.
OOO and I'm auditioning for Canadian Idol - it's a done deal. We're all going to pile into the van (and by we I mean myself, Chris, Craig, Adam & Michelle, and my friend Josh from work) and head to Toronto on April 29. So fun! Only Michelle, Josh and I are auditioning, and the rest are coming for downtown merriment. If I win this, you'll also all know.
Ok well by the random singing of Craig, it's time for dinner :)
