Summer lovin'
We went to the beach today - sooooooo nice. Warm water, playful waves, and the best bf and sis I could ask for :) And no sharks, of course. Now I'm sitting in the air conditioned study, sipping white zinfandel and updating my blog. Long overdue, I know, but better late than later!
The biggest thing I've got to do now is write that bloody essay for philosophy (which it turns out i don't even need to take... but I'm doing it anyway cuz i'm a nerd). 5 pages, due on monday.... so if i write one page a day i'll be done early... but a page a day may be difficult when it's about Plato's Republic. My one solace is that, after this essay is done, there's only one more to write - if that. The prof said that he's taking the best 3 marks out of the 4 essays, (i've already gotten an 80 and an 85 on the first 2)... so unless it's one of those "you have to write them all" thingies, I may try to get out of writing the last one.. sneaky, eh?
It's almost July - the happiest month of the year! And conveniently enough, also the month of my birthday! Coincidence? I still don't know what I'm gonna do for the whole thing, so anyone with any ideas is welcome to share them.
Ok since I'm in a typing mood, I suppose I should channel that towards my essay... ugh...
