Sweet! Lou is putting me behind the bar tonight! I'm going to start training on bar duties, I'm so stoked! That means more hours, more pay, less boredom haha.
I can't wait, I'm so glad. I'm also nervous though! I've never worked behind a bar before, the only thing that came close was when I worked at the winery and hosted tastings and stuff... but that was different because it was more laid back and I only had to know about wine.
I'm sure I'll do good. I'm going to wear my fucking power red lipstick tonight, to boost my confidence. It really works, man!
Gotta brush up on my cocktails. I've got a bartender book, maybe I'll spend some time going through it and familiarize myself with the standards.

I am DYING to get some new clothes. Ugh. I keep seeing all this great stuff that I'm swooning over but I really don't have any disposable income lately to splurge with. Poo. Even if I could just get a few key pieces to spruce up my wardrobe, that I can mix and match with stuff I already own. I desperately need some new shoes too, jesus. And new eyeglasses. Sheesh, there's a big list o' stuff I've gotta get.
Had a few people contact me lately about photos. Which is good. Gotta get my name out in Hamilton and get this shit going again. On one hand, I really needed that hiatus to make me fall in love with photography again, but on the other hand, fuck, I was doing so well in London and then I just halted everything because of anxiety. I can be so stupid sometimes.
It's okay, just gotta plow, line up more jobs, boost my portfolio with some new stuff...

Also. I finally cut someone out of my life who has been pissing me off for a very long time. I'm done with it for good, I can't even be bothered. Peace out, you're lame.
