I think I have the motherfucking swine flu!!! The only thing I've been able to keep down today is ice cream. God! What if I caught it at the airport (Toronto or Jamaica)??? Eep. I'm keeping an eye on this shit. All I've done all day is lie on the couch and sleep while half-watching movies.
In the past two days I've watched Be Kind Rewind, The Darjeeling Limited, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, The Wrestler, and Zack and Miri Make a Porno. We don't have cable or internet at home yet; thank god I downloaded a bazillion movies last month.
Dave got a job today. So that's awesome. Now I just have to get one. I'm going to update my resume this weekend and start pounding the pavement on Monday. Apparently there are a few bars close by that are looking for bartenders and waitresses.
I wish I wasn't sick. I love how I was sick before Jamaica, felt great while I was down there and now I'm home and I'm on my goddamn deathbed again. Maybe it's a sign I should move to Jamaica. Ha ha. No. But Forgetting Sarah Marshall actually made me consider moving to Hawaii.
