I can't deal with this, I have too many errands to run!
I've been trying to think (although, it's difficult to do with the way I feel) of what could feel much worse than feeling as if your insides are being renovated with a lawnmower that's powered by an engine from a Porsche. Aside from actual death, I can't come up with anything.
