It doesn't even feel like I'm back in school mode yet. My classes are so much more laid-back this term and I haven't really even done much at the Weekly either. I think Melissa and I are planning Locals Only today though. Speaking of:
If you're in Eugene and you have any bands that haven't really been covered by the press around here (or anywhere for that matter), let me know. Either comment on here or email me at lessthandan@gmail.com. We're mostly focusing on hip hop for this issue but there's going to be other bands covered as well. So if you know any MCs or bands that you like, you know who to talk to. If possible, give me their contact information as well.
Thanks to 404 I received an overwhelming amount of hip hop CDs the other day. Here's a little list of my haul:

I'm trying to get into all but the Aquabats show (which is only $14, so we can all afford that) for free...though getting me, Lisa and Steph all in may be a problem. Oh well. I'll just have to be the publicity master. ;)
