Hello? Earth to Cantor: Get a fucking grip on your party.
In typical Republican style, GOP whip Eric Cantor is blaming Democrats of "fanning the flames of extremism". I guess he thinks that when you get death threats and the like that you should just STFU?! If you would just reign your fucking party in and stop using LIES and CONSPIRACY in the first place, this SHIT wouldn't happen. John McCain apparently doesn't know when to quit either, referring to "sleazy deals behind closed doors". Look dumb ass. Get with the program. You were ASKED to take part and you said NO, TWICE. The last time you pretended to take part and said that the differences were just "too great" when they really weren't which was even admitted to by Republican David Frum who has since been sacked from the Think Tank which he created because of the schism that has overtaken the Republican party.. You wanted to instead "start from scratch" and that was the only way forward according to you.
Just because people aren't overwhelmingly happy with the bill doesn't mean they don't want it. Polls that ask "are you happy with the bill" show a majority of respondents don't like the current version of the bill, BUT if it's worded in a more neutral tone such as "are you glad the bill passed" and the majority of people say YES. I guess logic either eludes them or they're just a bunch of little kids pissed off and trying to get their own way which ever way they can. Personally, I hope this little game plan of theirs hurts them where it really counts. At the polls.
