A Lovely Christmas...

...was had by all this year. I visited my dad this christmas, and have come back revitalised, happy, and with a lot more get up and go than I had when I left fishguard. We didn't do an amazing amount together (mainly watched TV, shopped a bit, had christmas dinner, and chatted), but that's good. It was good to just take a break from worrying, and see people. We watched the latest Dr. Who episode together (and, my god! What an episode! I look forward to when I get to see the New Year's finale!), saw all my grandparents (and some other relatives too, however briefly), which was also good, and... well, yeah, good times.

My stepmum, Babs, also gave me a lot of help with my current OU assignment, just by pointing out how a radio production of it may work a lot better than a tv rewrite, and it wouldn't distract me from extraneous detail... the shape of it is in my head, it's just getting down the particulars.

And, of course, the prezzies must not be forgotten. But, while they were all good prezzies (especially my Nanny Di's hooded sweater... *hugs tight* thanks Nan!), I had the best christmas present of all, effectively cheap or free: Seeing the rest of my family.
