Headers and Submission Guidelines
Your gifts aren't due until the 20th September, but just in case you finish early, here are the headers and submission guidelines. :)
Please use the following headers when submitting:

Fics should be attached in .doc, .rtf or .txt format with the header included at the top of the fic. Please do not send fics in the body of the email. Straight quotes are preferred and any HTML you would like should be included. Fics over 10,000 words will need to be split up, so please let me know where you want the divide to be.
Art should be attached to the email with the header information in the body of the email. This is an anonymous exchange and as such artwork should not be signed.
Since this fest will contain dark material, please make sure you have the appropriate rating and warnings.
When you send us your fic or art, please use the following subject: Your Username's fic/art for Your Recipient. Finished pieces are to be sent to darkwitchesfest@gmail.com. The deadline is the 20th September. You can find more detailed rules and the timeline here.
