Things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. Reading, I could read all day long. Napping, everyone should have a siesta! Nothing, sometimes I just do nothing. Meditate, happy thoughts! What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? All of the above Walking a dog, petting a cat, just being around animals of any kind. Music, I've just discovered I love Classical music and it's my new favorite thing to do. Just put on a CD and float to the music. Having a good deep conversation with a friend. Preferably one that you usually agree with! :P I don't have anyone to tag.
