well, things are getting much better...
I finally talked to my store director and told her that if they wanted me to stay with Sephora, I would need to step down and transfer to another store. So within 4 hours, I got offers to two nearer to me stores (thank goodness) I'll take a small paycut, however the money I'll save in gas and tolls will make up for it. :) I felt really happy today getting off the phone with my new director... I think this will be good. :)
