Scott Reeder's TunnelVision Brilliance.
Who is Scott Reeder? Scott Reeder is the bass player from Kyuss (the one who took over our baby Nick Oliveri). He also auditioned to play in Metallica (you all remember the bass player auditions in Some Kind Of Monster, right?)
I haven't listened to it all yet, but fuck me, this album is versatile, and it DOESN'T SOUND ANYTHING LIKE KYUSS. I've read a couple of places where they say some of the tracks sound like something you'd hear Dave Gilmour do.
It's a hard album to describe, it sounds funky, it sounds out of this world, but most of all it sounds amazing.
