Here are quotes from Harry Potter Fanfiction that I think deserve to be recognized. *big grin*
I'm going to just keep adding to this post, instead of posting each quote separately like I did before. That is, until I've found another way to organize it easier. ^^
I will also put when I last updated it, so you know when a quote has been added.
Harry accidentally bumped into him once again knocking him off balance slightly. Then it was as if Severus ran into a brick wall. The proverbial light bulb came on over his head and he stopped dead in his tracks and turned before placing his hands on his brother’s shoulders and turning Harry toward him so that they were facing each other. Then with an exclamation of “For heaven’s sake, boy!”, Severus pulled the boy towards him for a hug.
Severus was well aware that everyone was watching him now, and began to reconsider his actions. However, as Harry’s arms circled around him and the boy’s head came to rest on his shoulder, Severus could only hug the boy close to him before bending his head down to whisper softly in the child’s ear the only words he could think of. “You’re not alone Harry. I won’t leave you. Neither will Dad. You’re. Not. Alone. You’re friends are here, too. We won’t leave you, Harry. You’re not alone, anymore. You never will be again. I promise. You’re not alone. I’m here, little brother, and you’re not alone.”
After a couple of moments, Harry pulled away feeling better but keeping his head down, not wanting to meet any of the eyes he could feel on him. Severus refocused all his earlier irritation on those watching them, and sending them the scariest glare he knew, he urged them to continue moving. The group continued to move at a steady pace until the cave, which had began ascending at a steep incline, turned sharply and dead-ended into a small, circular cavern. Though it was smaller then the one before, it could still comfortable hold at least twenty people.
Brothers and Fathers by DaughtersofAres
It was almost nice; and the day that Snape was nice to a Gryffindor, especially a Gryffindor with the surname of Potter, was the day that Voldemort married a Muggle.
Sons of Reproach by Lyndotia
Ice cream was served for pudding. Harry savored every bite of each of four flavors, thinking with satisfaction that it was probably twice as good as anything Dudley ever ate in front of him. Princess curled up in Caroline's lap across from him despite being far too big to do so easily. Caroline alternated bites between herself and her daughter. She set the spoon down to wipe her mouth, then ran her fingers through Princess' hair before kissing her on the top of the head. Princess looked up and got a kiss on the forehead as well. Caroline picked up the spoon again.
Realizing that he was staring, Harry went back to his ice cream, feeling colder inside than the ice cream could account for.

“I did NOT say flesh-eating butterflies, I did NOT! I said cockroaches, damn you. You always misquote me when you’re trying to make a point. It isn’t funny. And I don’t want to talk about love, nor have anything to do with it, is that understood?” The man had his arms crossed and his teeth clenched, and looked downright infuriated.
“Insects, then,” Albus granted with a wave of his hand.
The Master Plan by StarryGazer
"Here," he murmured, pulling Harry upright with an arm around his back. Snape paused to blow across the hot liquid he held gingerly by the broken edges. Harry drew in a sharp breath as this scene resonated with a deep memory and drew forth an agonizing longing for a lost parent who had once done the same thing. Bone-cold despair twisted his heart as the cup was pressed against his lips and hot bitter liquid, tasting of the forest, trickled into his mouth. "A little more," Snape murmured, sounding very un-Snapelike. Harry swallowed convulsively and more followed. The warmth of it spread though his chest and stomach. The chill gripping him dissipated in its wake, leaving a hollow behind like a warm Dementor attack.

In the Headmaster’s office, Albus said softly, “Never say never, Severus.” The portrait of Phineas Nigullus said, eyeing the Headmaster suspiciously, “What are you up to, Albus? Even after all these years I still wonder how you were sorted into Gryffindor instead of Slytherin.”
The portrait of Professor Dippet said, “You know, I wondered about that, too”
The present Headmaster laughed and went to his chambers thinking about a certain Mr. Potter.
Unexpected Visitor by Evengeline
Harry watched her go, then picked up the stick that was resting on the snow and began to trace Snape’s name. He made a big ‘S’ and then stopped after he finished Snape’s first name. “Severus…P…O…T…T…E... R,” Harry lifted the stick and admired the sensational twist, “Severus Potter. Harry Snape. Severus Potter-Snape, Harry Potter-Snape,” maybe if he fused the names together, “Harry Snotter. Merlin no! Severus Potnape. Sounds like a drug…”

“What do they eat?”
“The flesh of any animal as long as it’s freshly killed.”
“Oh…”
“You know the killing curse. Go kill a fish.”
Harry gaped at Snape, and Snape lightly chuckled.

Harry slumped in his seat and crossed his arms. He knew that bad posture got on Snape’s nerves. “Sit up, boy. That’s bad for your back.” Harry slumped lower and Snape’s eye slightly twitched.

Without thinking, like he always does apparently, Harry bursts through the doors and stomped in a heroic pose.

Harry flew into the room, to find Snape and Dumbledore staring at him.
“Professor . . . I . . .” he panted, “it was . . . my fault . . . I made . . . the potion.”
“Yes,” said Dumbledore, his eyes twinkling, “Professor Snape has just finished telling me. Don’t worry, the blame is, if it makes you feel better, being laid entirely on you, Harry!”
“Umm, thank you?”

“And in addition your appearance at the dinner is clearly stating that you respect neither me, nor this house. I am really disappointed,” Malfoy patriarch finished.
It’s happening again. Harry was horrified with sudden realization. It will never change, my life will never change. It will always be the same and I hoped that… i He wasn’t sure what he had hoped for. i It will be the same as with Dursleys. Yeah, I think I just wanted it will be different as with Dursleys. I have always been too naïve. It’s my own fault. Why would anything be different? The-Boy-Who-Lived was wanted in this house, The Hero of wizarding world was wanted in this house. His baby was wanted. But not Harry. Not just Harry. Harry was never wanted. He was no one, nothing . Maybe he could be accepted if he gave them what they wanted…The Perfect spouse, the Hero, The-Boy-Who-Lived? Harry would never be good enough for Dursleys, they would never stop hating him, but maybe Lucius was different. Maybe he could change for his husband and be accepted.
“I am sorry Mr. Malfoy I will try not to disappoint you in future.”
Cat and Mouse by TheSiner
Albus Dumbleore was annoyingly cheerful as usually. Honestly, sometimes Harry had to wonder if the man was doing drugs.

When they parted to breathe, Harry was smiling a huge grin. “Severus…” A hand covered his mouth. A twig near by snapped.
Standing up, Severus said, “Tomorrow night will be your lesson…we’ll discuss this then.” With that he left, fearing a student or worse, Umbridge had seen all of that.
Harry stayed on the ground, slightly disappointed until he heard another twig snap. Looking over he saw a little bunny rabbit jump out. It looked at him and bounced away. Throwing his head back, the raven haired boy laughed. Severus Snape left in fear because of a cute bunny!

Harry's face burned with embarrassment. Had he said something wrong? But it really did feel like the dark energy inside of him had the same all-consuming desire to be with Severus as Harry did …
"Listen," his voice broke and he cleared his throat, scooting to the other side of the bed as he tried again, "Listen, we don't … we don't have to do this tonight. If you don't want to, then I … I understand." But he didn't understand. Why did Severus keep pushing him away? He turned on his side, shivering now that he didn't have the heat of Severus's body warming his skin. He heard the rustle of clothing behind him and assumed that Severus was putting his shirt back on. Squeezing his eyes shut tight against the sting of tears, Harry willed himself not to take it personally, but he felt utterly humiliated. He waited for the quiet click of the door opening and closing to signal that he had truly been abandoned, but it never came. Instead, the bed dipped down under the weight of Severus's body, his pale arm snaking around Harry's waist and pulling the morion back against his chest as he lay next to him, completely naked now.
"I want you more than I've ever wanted anyone," Severus reassured him, kissing Harry's shoulder, then his neck, then brushing his lips along Harry's jawline.
Harry released the breath he wasn't aware he'd been holding.

Severus sighed and swept his gaze over the student population once more. The Hufflepuff girls seemed to be afflicted with some strange eye disorder, he noticed, which caused them to blink and giggle incessantly. He wondered why there were so many of them looking at him -- they'd been behaving oddly for several days now. It was growing rather irritating, especially since he'd noticed a handful of Ravenclaws and Gryffindors suffering from similar aliments.

Severus was quite content in his own mind thinking things through when he felt two sets of eyes upon him and a deep silence in the room. Even Fawkes was as still as a statue. He just looked at the headmaster and raised an eyebrow, as if to ask, “what?”
“Were you some place nice, Severus?” He saw the brat try to contain a smile at Albus’ words.
“Yes, not here!” he snapped back, feeling much better for acting more like himself. That took the smile of Potter’s lips, he thought. Though Albus just smiled congenially at him, like he always did. Dammed old coot!
The Secret Guardian Angel by nerd-girl
Dumbledore grinned, looking very much like a pyromaniac with a roomful of lighter fluid and an endless supply of matches.

“My Dad says Snape is a good and honorable man,” Luna began before Ron interrupted.
“I thought your Dad said he was an arrogant ass!”
“My Dad says that Snape is a good and honorable man who also happens to be an arrogant ass,” Luna replied. “Good people aren’t always nice; and nice people aren’t always good,” she pointed out.

"Can I ask a question?" Ron asked.
"Yes, Mr. Weasley."
"What was Professor Dumbledore's brother doing with that goat?"
Professor McGonagall stared at him. "Not what you are thinking."
Sweet Merlin, It Got More Horrible by cuddlebearlove
Harry lowered his voice to a near-whisper and leaned toward the Potions master in a conspiring sort of manner. “You’re secretly married to a supermodel, aren’t you?”
Snape surprised even himself by bursting into laughter. Real, out-loud laughter. He couldn’t remember a time when he’d actually laughed in this carefree sort of way. “Well, Potter, I’d certainly hope I’d marry someone with a few brain cells.”
Harry gave a fake look of indignation. “Supermodels can be smart too! I’m sure your secret wife would be furious if she heard you calling her dumb.” He smirked and looked to his plate. “Besides, we both know it’s just about the sex,” he said casually, taking a bite of his food to hide his snickering.
Snape gaped at him. “Potter!” he admonished, but couldn’t help but get sucked into their little game of teasing. “That is of course very true, but it’s absolutely not polite dinnertime conversation.”
He was very satisfied when Harry nearly choked on his food while breaking down into hysterical laughter.
Family Night by Celebony
“Sit down child,” Dumbledore asked sounding far calmer than he was. Children having children!

"I'm fine," Remus assured him, smiling. "I'm finding this oddly fascinating."
"You're a strange man, Remus," Ron said, getting to his feet and stretching.
