It had been a long time coming. Well, it seemed like a long time. Fred had written Ginny, telling her to be ready for kidnapping at noon sharp. Now he was striding up to the front doors of the castle. It felt like an age since he'd been here ( Read more... )

Fred leaned back against Oliver for a moment, pulling his sister against him and pinned between to people he loved. He kissed Ginny's hair and then tilted his head back to kiss Oliver's neck. "I'm game for something light. We have dinner planned someplace pretty for later, right? What do you think, Gin? Fancy French cafe, pastry, bit of o'lala and then some shopping? I'll even carry your bags."

Ginny leaned against hm, smiling. "Yeah, I'm good with that. But you don't have to carry by bags around, you know?" She snuggled against him. "Lead the way, Oliver."

Oliver nodded and kissed Fred's temple, before leading them out on to the busy street ahead. They were close to the Latin Quarter and the cafe Oliver was thinking of was just ahead. "What do you think? That all right?"

Fred took Ginny's hand and rubbed a hand down Oliver's back as he walked in front of them. The cafe was just what he'd always thought a cafe in Paris should look like. "Looks great. What do you think, Red?"

"It's gorgeous," Ginny gasped, clenching Fred's hand. "I don't know what to order though. Is it all in French? I can't speak French." She was fretting but she didn't want to mess anything up.

Oliver laughed. "Relax, love. Nothing to worry about. Fred will take care of ordering." He grinned at him. "He's fluent in the language of lurve."

The managed to get settled at the table and then Fred kicked Oliver softly. "Prat. You'll be lurving yourself if you keep teasing me." He was grinning though, and Ginny was smiling.

When the waitress appeared he smiled at her, told her he was a daft bloke from London and begged her to bring him something "tres yummy".

"Nothing wrong with a bit of self lurve," Oliver said, grinning at him. He ordered coffee for everyone and some sandwiches. He nudged Fred's foot under the table. "I've got something tres yummy for you, but I think we'll get arrested if I give it to you here."

Ginny giggled at Fred's antics and then groaned as Oliver made a few bad innuendos. "No sex at the table. I can't take it, boys. You'll have to deal for a while without. Or, you can go to the loo and wank. Fred says you do that," she grinned at Oliver.

Fred swallowed and then he blushed. "I was kidding, baby brat," he said, nudging her and trying to think of a way to change the subject.

"Only when Fred's in there with me," he said, without missing a beat. He smiled prettily. "And then I usually don't have to wank myself."

Ginny grinned at Fred's blush and then Oliver replied. "Oi!" she yelped, throwing her napkin at him. "Shut it, you. I don't want to know that shit about my brother."

Fred was fairly certain his hair was about to catch on fire. One would think that after all these years he'd have learned to keep his mouth shut, but no. "So um, the weather's fairly nice, isn't it. I was worried it might decide to rain." That was entirely pathetic as subject changes went but it was the only thing he could think of at the moment.

"And that is a gorgeous blush. Have you ever seen anything so pretty?" he asked Ginny, grinning at Fred. "And I know just how far down that one goes."

Ginny rolled her eyes at him. "Smooth, big brother. I didn't even notice you had changed the subject. Good job." The coffee came and she shook her head at Oliver, waiting til the waitress left to speak again. "You're awful. You're also lucky he's not hexed you yet for being a prat."

Fred broke off a piece of Ginny's pastry and swiped Oliver's cup. "Mmmm. I am amazing," he said, grinning at both of them unrepentantly. "'s why you both try to take the mickey. Awe."
