As much as he wanted to see Theo, Draco hadn't owled. He wasn't sure why, but his meetings with his father and Harry had left him unsettled. Too many things were happening, and if Theo preferred to stay in school (he hadn't owled either, so maybe he was starting to understand that it was safer there), it was probably for the best. However, Draco was not ready to let go completely.
Draco Apparated to Kent. He went straight to the library and found a book that seemed interesting and innocuous enough, and brought it to Theo's suit. He sat in the large armchair, in front of the fire, and began to read. If Theo wouldn't arrive by the morning, he would just go home.
