::flail:: I've just gone and caught up and my collective response is ::flail::

I've been slack in reading any Dresden fic the past few months, and this pointedly reminds me why I am an idiot for falling behind. This is marvelous.

Also, Hoss? Made of win. ::nodnod::

Zomg, I'm not the only one to comment! *flail* Hee, your story deserves more comments and gushing and such. Speaking of which: I have to wait how long? I know, I know, it's always a week, but... but!

And Harry! *slap* What is wrong with you? And Bob, point out the obvious already! I know you know. *glare*

Tho, I am kinda glad he's going back to Eb. He makes me all sorts of happy.

I took a page from edana_ni_emer's book and went with the post-each-week thing so that I'd have more time to work on the parts that have me stuck instead of having people zip through everything that I post, and then have to wait more than a week for me to figure out what's wrong and how to fix it. So, you end up having to wait each week for something new. *^^*

Harry is still in his twenties, and is still confused about things. Oh, woe is him. Then again, he does the angst-monster thing rather well, so I guess I couldn't resist?

And yes, he's going back to Eb, but at the same time, it's more that he's establishing Eb's place as a sanctuary of sorts. I hope it'll make sense with the next vignette?

Glad you enjoyed. :D Not sure how long you're going to have to wait to post to skullden though.

Poor Harry just can't catch a break, can he? He goes away to try and forget about (what he thinks is) a crush, and when he comes home he just discovers that he's matured enough to have fallen head over heels in love.

And poor Bob! Thinking that he's never going to see Harry again, trapped with Justin again... Even if the feelings weren't mutual (which I trust they are *g*), the idea of never seeing Harry again would have to be painful.

This part really made me look forward to the moment when it becomes clear that Bob will be with Harry full time for the forseeable future, though I suspect that'll be awhile before any feelings are discovered. And that it'll take a bit to get there, but hey, the ride will be fun!

Well, there's stuff that's gonna happen between now and then, as it were, and it might be something of a rough start, but it'll be interesting, I hope? :D

Yeah, not seeing Harry again would've been a wrench for Bob, because hey, this is probably the first time that Bob's ever gotten to teach a young wizard magic, and even if all Harry and Bob ever felt for each other was friendly affection, there would still be that bond of mentor-and-student there. *^^*

Glad you liked!

Oooh, good point about the mentor-student bond. There's a kind of intimacy there, too, especially for a group like wizards. I bet training geneologies{sp?} are just as important as bloodlines in that kind of world.

G-E-N-E-A-O-L-O-G-I-E-S. :D

I mean, shit, do you remember in Summer Knight when the LaFortier tried to say that Harry was responsible for Archangel because Harry's teacher had been taught by Simon Petrovich? That was both out of left field, and showed the kind of consideration that kind of stuff has in the wizarding world.

And my God, why is it that "wizarding world" sounds like JKR? It makes me sad!
