Ingrid Sakura_GTS in her BTSSB jsk & Cynthia-Christina Cynnaha in Méta! I totally adore Cyn's outfit and I wanted to steal her cute tote! I hade brought her some chocolate to help her recover from her emotionally harsh weekend.

So, the day started with me going to see Eric~sensei for the last time, I was a bit sad, I like the guy, he's really nice (and not bad looking, but mostly really nice and understanding and he had similar family issues (i.e. trouble child son and difficulty detaching himself from his ex and stuff, it's really nice to talk to someone who *truly* understands what I'm going through... He's been single as long as I have, which is another thing we have in common... We are both lovers of broadening our cultural horizons (he studied in theater but got kicked out because he failed the dance class! LOL)
Only, he's like... 38, so that's where the "in common" things stop... So anyways, we retook the driving test and he gave me 80%, told me to check my dead angles more often and to be careful on turning left on boulevards... So I did way better than on the previous one where I did 2 automaticl failure mistakes, but it was in the middle of a blizzard that time and I'd never driven in snow before, so he had thought I had adapted my driving pretty well to the conditions and all...And I finally learned what his complete name is, only when he told me, I didn't believe him because he has an ENGLISH name (which is like the only guy with both a frist and a last name in English, people here usually have only one of theiur names in English and the other one in French), it's Eric Alexander Preston... I just thought it sounded really NASCAR-ish and I thought well, no wonder he teaches driving! LOL... He invited to me to go skating after my exam the next afternoon, but on Thursday morning, I just couldn't find my ice skates, I only found my rollerblades, I was pissed, I really wanted to see him again. Not that I have any romantic intentions towards the guy, but he's the kind of mentally stimulating person I like to hang with and one of the only person I don't have to apologize with for having vocabulary and he actually understands my linguistically related humour...
And we talked about lots of random stuff like why he's avoiding getting in a relationship again and that he has gay friends but he really only loves women, but decided they're too much troubles... I told him that's probably because he only falls in love with the troublemakers one... Guys never believe me when I say that, but there are still some very quiet introspective feminine girls... if they only notice the loudspoken feminists, it's not my fault! LOL And we talked about how some girls wanted to date guys for what they have instead of for who they are and I told him I thought they were really sad excuse of people, I would never date guys because they're wealthy or because they have a better social standing than me... I never wanted to stand up socially anyway, I'm a punk, so fuck social standing and shit! LOL
I then proceeded to go to L2 by bus, bought some chocolate for my broken hearted friends at Longueuil station's gift boutique, they have all kinds of exotics choco there, so I spent a little there and the took the metro and went to the resto as usual. Arrived there, went to change and get dressed and put on my makeup and then I went to see Chibi who had arrived with a bunch of folks I didn't know, so I kept like talking to her from the couch, and I didn't sit at the table until my drink arrived. Oh, Pierrot was there too, but since he's not really talkative, Hoshi did most of the conversation for us! LOL
Then people arrived, I was glad that Soji and Hoshi were wearing their clothes I gave them, I like to know that my gifts are put to good use! :)
First, I gave bus tickets to Yuffie because she was crying because she was broke and could not afford the bus pass to come the next week. But when Alex and Séi arrived, they had purchased her a monthly pass and she started crying again because she felt so overwhelmed by our wave of kindness... But Séi and Alex are really cool, whenever they hear their friends are in trouble, they always offer to help, such golden hearted friends! :)
Then Kao and Cyn arrived so I got my chocolates out and we started eating them while Yuffie was re-doing my crappy attempt at doing something with my hair. Now, I don't let anyone play with my hair, only people I really trust, because I received rocks on my head when I was 6 and I got a little gap in the back of my head and it hurts when the comb or brush gets there or if the strands from there get pulled too hard, but she managed better than most pro hairdressers and I now had cute pigtails! :)
Only after that, a little after Maki arrived with Phil, Maki and Pierre wanted to talk with Yuffie, but after just 2 sentences, she left and came back to the table again in tears, and we all just felt so bad for her when she told us what had happened. Me and Hoshi were angry with Pierre. Hoshi was like "go talk to him, please!!!" And I was like "no, I'm too angry at the moment, I need to cool down or I'll send him downstairs through the window." because my anger management skills are not all they used to be, so I tried to take it zen and all... When I was done telling Yuffie that I would work my best to find a job in Montréal [ so we will go live in an appartment together, because *I*, even living so far away, seem to see better her efforts than the people she's the closest to. Or maybe it's because I have enough experience to know about ducks that pedal underneath the surface and have a cool and seemingly relaxed attitude above water... ], I went to have a chat with Maki because the time of my departure was getting closer and I had bought some chocolate for her too, because she received such a kick in the heart this week and also, I knew she wasn't to blame for the Pierre and Yuffie falling out, she was just like the random third party, and she explained to me her point of view and Pierre's and it seems they both didn'T think Yuffie would be concerned about the fact that she loves Pierre and like any girlfriend would, she feels uneasy about him wanting to go in appartment alone with a hot chick... I told Maki it made Yuffie feel betrayed and all, and for Maki, well, the boundaries between her and Pierre were very clear and she never would have done anything to interfere in their ralationship, but still, we're all human beings here and we all know humans are weak-minded at times, for many reasons... But Mitch kinda proved my point (and Yuffie's) to Maki when he told her that him and Éli were only plain platonic roomies before... I think all three of them (them being : Maki, Pierre and Yuffie) now have some thinking to do on their side.
Pierre wanted to talk to me when I went to pay my stuff at the counter so I told him he could see me to the Metro station if he wanted to, but I kinda messaed the timing around by taking pictures of Ingrid and giving hugs all around and all... By the time I was finally ready to leave, Yuffie had decided to pour her feelings on him and all, so I left them there and went on my not so merry way to Longueuil station where I got changed and I took the 21h30 bus and then a cab ride home because I had my OFFICIAL SAAQ driving test at 9h30 the next day. When I got home, thought, I had a surprise valentine in my bed (i.e. my son was missing me so he decided to sleep in my bed instead of his).
I sent Yuffie a walkthrough for job finding on Emploi-Québec's website the next day, I can't believe I'm the only one that noticed when she told Layla she hadn't figured out how to operate the damn thing yet, so now, she had to read through about 4000+ job offers, I hope she'll find something suitable for her needs.
For my part, I'm still considering whether to accept the interview for a company that's on the far western end of the orange line...it might pay more than my previous job in St-Pie, but I'm afraid it would be hard to travel from St-Hyacinthe until June (like 3 hours just to get there), it seems to be only a temporary position, I just don't know "how" temporary it would be exactly, is it worth it?!? job description link
